Has anyone figured out if there is a way to create Greek word lists from something other than the Bible? I'd like to create word lists for some of the Greek classical writings and the Church Fathers. They don't seem to come up as an option, though, when I'm creating word lists.

Hi Matt and welcome to the forums,

You can only create word lists from morphologically tagged resources. That includes the free Perseus Greek classics collection, and several editions of the Fathers. Do it by copying the portion you want to the clipboard, and then choose Add from clipboard in your Word List. I've noticed it can be quite slow, so I would suggest using relatively small portions of Greek text to do it. An alternative is to right-click on individual words, select the lemma, and choose Add to Word List.

Two caveats (1) the morph tagging in Perseus is done by a machine and isn't always accurate; (2) words that don't appear in the New Testament won't have glosses or audio.
