No it isn't - or at least not yet. Same also for the third BST series of thematic works.

This has been requested very often. Some users received word from the publisher that the OT series should be completed in paper before they think of a digital edition (note that there's one volume missing with no indication whatsoever that it's contracted/planned/in the works at all), however, in the meantime a relaunched digital edition of NT is available as ebooks and so maybe someone at the publisher decides to go a different route.
