The first two entries on my orders list are somewhat strange!
I own the first item but not the second.
Any thoughts as to what is going on here?

I am getting the same thing, but I have 3 that shows it shipped on the past as open orders and I own them all.

The open pre-orders that you don’t own are listed because for some reason they were unable to be processed correctly. This could be due to a problem with the credit card or due to a glitch on our end.
I recommend contacting Customer Service if you still want the pre-order fulfilled. They can be reached at 1-800-875-6467 or at customerservice@logos.com. If you no longer want the item, you can just delete the pre-order.
Meanwhile, I will open a case to improve the message in the open pre-order screen for Pre-Pubs that fall through the cracks like this.

I my case I own Cambridge Greek NT (I purchased on CP), and I do not want to add billing info to that old order. Please remove this red tag.
Hi, Wild Eagle. If you delete the pre-order from your open Pre-Pub list, that will remove the red tag.

Same here with one difference. My "order" already contained a CC# so I just deleted the whole order.
I had 3 I own that showed up and I deleted them all. They were the Commentary on the Prophets of the Old Testament, Cambridge Classic Commentaries for Schools and Colleges (21 vol.), and the Lexham Discourse Hebrew Bible Bundle. I own all 3 of them but they safely deleted.

Thanks for the explanation - I have deleted the pre-orders.
I also have Cambridge Greek Testament 21 vol showing up. I do own the resource already. Should I delete from pre-pubs or ...?

Do we know why some have this showing up but other, like myself, don't?
My Pre Pub orders page is a mess - look at the ship dates that come up:
Pam, if you own the resource, removing it from your Pre-pubs will not be a problem. The resource has already been delivered to you; you won't lose anything by removing it from the list.
I might add the August 7 resource is one I ordered but have not received. I have emailed Customer Service earlier today but not heard anything. I have not looked at the others to see whether I Have them or should, I am hoping for some guidance from Logos as to what happened to this normally reliable orders page.
