Notice that the new resource is added by rule not manually.
Because it doesn't have a "Psalm 1" milestone (as opposed to "On the Psalms 1") at your current location. The old resource has both milestones at that location and--for your collections--shows a mix of parallel resources from both data types.
Got it .. fix the tagging and the parallels will appear ... or move down to another psalm.
