Is it possible to sync my personal books to my iPad and iPhone Verbum libraries? If so, how is this done? If not, please make this possible soon. I do most of my reading on the iPad, and need to have access to my personal books on the iPad.

Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available. AFAIK Logos has not given any indication as to when this will be available.
Jack is right... there hasn't been any indication when this might occur. For clarification: personal books themselves don't currently sync at all... just the metadata. Personal books will need to sync between computers before you can start to look for them to sync to mobile.
