5.2b will not install resource updates

After the 5.2b update there were some resource updates released. Every time I open the program, Logos downloads the books, I click restart, and when the program comes back up it is as if the resources weren't installed — no indexing and the whole process happens again next time. I'm now on 5.2b SR-1. Windows 7 computer.

    This does happen to some people from time to time, but there are a variety of causes. Logs (both Logos and Indexing logs) are usually required for diagnosis. See 'How to Ask For Help' below for instructions.
