RIPOFF aka possible error in licensing which was sent only to have forum server disappear (again)

I own Anglican Gold so I was surprised to see this in the upgrade comparison:

because it is included in the Gold Base Package

so I went to the product page and found Logos quite willing to sell me the product

which after the usual long sync wait as Verbum starts up showed me my new resource

Which leads to the following questions:

Was the resource added to the bundle AFTER I purchased Gold or did I not receive a license I paid for?
If the latter, how many people did this affected ... and did it affect any upgrades they may have done after the date the license should have been received
Also, if the latter I'll call in for a refund ... and request advice on how to audit my licenses for bundles and packages especially those that had unreleased resources at the date of purchase.

Any chance the updated file was LLS:TRTSAPTRDTN ? Then this was an error. Remember fgh's thread about metadata errors in Dix' Hippolytus resource? You participated briefly. Ben Amundgaard found that the Hippolytus resource consists of four Logos files - and they had licenced and shipped only three of them when the Dix bundle became available. So when they fixed this back then, everybody who owned the Dix bundle should have received this for free.

That what I suspected this was ... but for Logos to sell a partial resource also struck me as very odd.

FYI a related problem - I have Anglican Diamond, and I do have all 9 of the Dom Gregory Dix resources, yet if I go to the Logos web site here:

it shows that I can purchase it, i.e. it does NOT say "You already own this product". That can lead to mistakes and refunds!

I think this is the same problem. I'm very sorry it's still an issue. I thought it was resolved back then. NB.Mick, didn't that resource download automatically for you? Or did you contact someone in CS to get it resolved.

At any rate it's our bad for not fixing it properly. It looks like Toby is looking into it. I'll follow up as well.

No - based on our interaction in that thread I assumed you would go and have this fixed centrally for all affected users. Maybe some slipped through the cracks somehow.
