Logos won't open after instillation/update

Attempt to start Logos after instillation/ update and it says "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will now close the program and notify you when a solution is available". This problem has been persistent for some time. Have attempted to reload Logos 4 different times to correct the issue with no success. Logos Log files in zip folder attached 8880.Logos Log Files.zip

The error in the logs is:
Could not load type 'System.ServiceModel.FaultContractAttribute' from assembly 'System.ServiceModel, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.
