First Suggestion:
It occurred to me today that it would be nice to add to Clippings a feature similar to One Note and Evernote, which enables a user to send a web clipping to one of their Logos Clipping files. I frequently send web clippings from Christian web sites to one of these programs. It makes more sense to have the ability to search them from within Logos, rather than another program.
If this is not possible at least give us the ability to create a blank Clipping so we can paste information from the web into it. I realize we can do this with Notes, but web clippings are Clippings, not Notes!
Second Suggestion:
Rather than having Clipping just convert scripture references to hyperlinks, also have Clippings convert those references to tags.
Third Suggestion:
Using the “Important Words” engine. Have Clippings search the text of the clipping for “Important Words” and either automatically add or suggest to add these words as tags. Might want to coordinate this to Logos’ topics list, so that the fourth suggestion will be optimized.
Fourth Suggestion:
Have the Topical Guide search Clipping tags. For example if I search the topic “love” all my clippings tagged with “love” should show up in the guide.
