No library when upgraded to Mac 4.

I ordered Logos 4 for Mac a few weeks ago and still have no product for my money. I don't understand what to do. I called support and they told me that they could not answer any questions and for me to go to the forum and figure it out for myself. I am a lot disappointed with this product that I paid $100 for.

I searched the forums for (null), which is the error I am getting. And it seems that no one who has dealt with this has had a fix for the problem.

So I'll put the question out there again, "Is there anything I can do to use this version 4 product I paid for to get it to work?"

I'm sorry you're having issues. Right now the product is in Alpha, but several of the Logos 4 Mac developers monitor the forums regularly to provide tech support (as well as some VERY helpful users). The first place to start would be to view the tutorial video that Joe Miller put together (see the first link in my signature) and then post your logs here. All the steps to do that are explained in the video.

Jeff, in addition to what Tom mentioned, let me add one observation and one question.

First, the reason the support line cannot help is that L4mac is in Alpha development. They do not have the information on their systems needed to help at this stage. When L4mac is released, support lines will be able to help. Until then, you have the forums here for all your needs.

Second, did you download the program and try to install it? If so, how far did you get? Giving us some specifics along with your logs is the only way we will be able to help you get this working.

Also, please understand that Alpha software means there are lots of bugs, crashes, and reports. It is not always easy. But, the more bug reports we give Logos, the faster the developers can build the software for us. So your participation is much appreciated by all of us users.
