logos keeps crashing

I recently change my password. Every time I enter my new email and password, the program crashes. I was able to log in at the main website, so I know I have the correct user name and password. I am attaching the zip file of the log. Thank you, Rick Helsel

It appears to be a missing dll file or a missing dependency.

If Newtonsoft.Json.dll is present in C:\Users\Richard\AppData\Local\Logos4\System then it is a missing dependency which might be Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 x86 Redistributable  as per this thread.

You can try -

1. repair your installation in Control Panel >> Programs and Features:
1. right click Logos Bible Software & select Repair
2. right click Logos Prerequisites & select Repair
    else
2. install Microsoft Visual C++ x86 Redistributable (2010 or 2012) OR find the actual missing dependency using Dependency Walker

Ultimately you might have to do a complete uninstall + install of Logos 4, in which case you should seriously consider installing Logos 5 on your Windows 8 computer as Logos 4 is no longer supported.
