Logos 5 Indexer problem and Logos 4 file removal problem

I'm using Logos 5. When I start Logos, or even just when my computer starts up, I get a message that my indexer has stopped working and options to seek a solution or close the program.. I've also been receiving messages that a certain logos 4 file can't be removed (think it might have been an .msi file but not sure.)

There is a disk I/O error with the file C:\Users\Colin\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\3fc1dwpl.pi2\Telemetry\Telemetry.db, which would normally be recovered automatically. So you should run a check of your hard drive and then attempt recovery by deleting this file and restarting Logos.

For clarification: L5 for PC uses the old L4 path structure when the application has been upgraded in place... So an "L4" file is probably really an "L5" one. (Mac installations use an L4 path even with a fresh install for technical reasons).
