Logos generally doesn't release dates until the product is "close" to shipping. You should know that you don't actually pay for a resource until it ships.
With a dated resource like this it would be more useful for it to ship by September. But there are no guarantees.
In previous years it has been at most a couple of weeks late - even when it had not met 100%. This year may be different in that there is also the David C. Cook ISSL commentary to consider ....
