Problem Downloading Logos 4

My computer is not downloading Logos 4.  When it gets to the step where Microsoft .NET 3.5 does it thing, it always says that there is a problem and the download can not complete and erases all installed features thus far.  I am not sure what to do and start my first Hebrew class next week.  Thanks for your help!

Can you give us your system spec's including version of Windows (include SP#), amount of free HD space, amount of RAM, Video card, etc. (.NET 3.5 requires XP SP3 or better).

Ensure that your system meets or exceeds all the system requirements found here:

If that's all good, there could be another conflict. Let us know.
