Provide a profile setting that hides items I own while browsing the store

Something like trimming would provide. Let me select a option to hide all items I already own. The reason I thought of this was that I ended up on the front page where you have the arrow to page through highlighted sale items. 4 out of 5 add to cart buttons were greyed out since I won them. Only one items was worth seeing. Obviously by the fact that the add to cart is greyed you know when rendering the page what I own. It would be nice to not even see those while I am logged in as myself. I could change the checkbox so I could se them again if I wanted.

All you need to do is to sign out.

Add &unlocked=no to the end of the URL and hit Enter.

I wonder how many years it was since Logos promised us they'd give us a button or something for that, so that people don't have to know the trick and type it in manually?

If I log out then the situation would be worse since I actually could end up buying something I already own.

The parameter unlocked=no only helps when you're in the store, not on the home page - seeing these ads can't be helped, I'm afraid. Actually I'm glad that the mouse-over produces a grey button (which in the past has not always been the case) and thus it's not too onerous.
