I installed the new Logos 4 for Mac on my MacBook a few weeks ago and everything went swimmingly. Worked just great. Santa brought me a new MacBook Pro, so I went through (I think) exactly the same installation process, but when the little Logos logo is present in my Mac menu bar, it goes through the "Logging In" phase (works just fine), then gets to the "preparing your library" phase, at which point the logo says "Logos Bible Software is downloading updates; 0% of 6.57 GB). It stays there for several minutes, then the logo disappears. I've tried "cancel downloading" (from the logo) and then closing Logos 4 and restarting. But the same thing happens every time (hangs on 0%). Once the blue Logos logo and "preparing your library" window disappear, the program stays open, and I can see my e-mail address (which leads me to believe I am, indeed, logged in), but I can't do anything (like choose my Bible) and I can't see my 1257 resources (which I CAN see in my old computer). I haven't found anything similar to this and/or useful on the forum. Any ideas? Could it be a question of the licenses (e.g. since I have the program working on one computer, it won't work on a second without someone at Logos doing something to "release" the second computer?
Grateful for any help.
