Unable to log in via iPhone App
I can't seem to log into the app at all. Every time I try, I get the 'Sign In Failed' error.
I know that my username and password is correct. I use it to log into these forums, and into Logos 4 itself. For a while I was able to use the app, but then I changed phones, and haven't been able to log into the program since. Even going back to the old phone doesn't help.
Is anyone else having this difficulty?

David, I ran some tests on your account and everything looks ok. Are you sure the password is being entered correctly? I find it easy to make a mistake using the iPhone keyboard if I'm entering mixed case, as passwords often contain.

Despite my above assertion, it did in fact turn out that I was typing my password incorrectly. I was misreading a 'I' for a 'l' when using my password-storage program.

There is a bug in handling passwords with certain special characters, including &, <, >, ' and ". If your password contains one of those characters, change it so that it does not. This bug will be fixed in the next release.
