Logos 3.0g - resources transferred to HDD but not accessible

Since installing Logos 4.0 Platinum, new resources have become available  - the A.W. Pink collection. for example.

Logos 3.0g Location Manager referred me to the Logos 3.0e DVD as the source for these files. I duly copied them to my HDD using location manager. Although Location Manager still showed the resources as still to be copied from DVD, all resources are in the Resource folder on HDD.

However, Logos 3.0 g  (Windows XP) cannot access these files - show as greyed out in My Library.

Licences have been synchronised.

Can anyone help?  Thanks

Try Solution 2 at http://www.logos.com/support/article/565

Solution 2 is more thorough than Solution 1 as it wipes redundant or corrupt files from the cache.

Make sure there is no CD/DVD in the drive and restart L3 2x.
