In light of David Platt becoming the President of the IMB how about a sermon archive. Both his "Radical" ministry, and his church at brookhills sermons. They are freely available on the web.
What's the IMB?
Sorry - I forget my self sometimes David Platt is was until today the pastor of a 4500 member (5500+ in attendance) southern baptist church in Alabama, and this afternoon he was voted to be president of the Southern Baptists missions organization the International Missions Board or IMB for short. He preaches at my seminary once or twice a year (sometimes more), and studied with and under a few of my professors.
Thanks for the explanation.
I suspect the sermons being available for free makes it harder to negotiate since Logos wishes to charge.
I think its fair that they should charge for the value they add. He quotes people in pretty much every sermon. Some are direct, some indirect (though still specified). Those things take a while to hunt down due to the nature of oral communication. When writing we might say a page number, and give all of the relevant information to easily track the quote. But when speaking, we might just say "I was reading in the desert fathers" - something he actually said in a sermon he preached at my school a while back.
Here is another example of a sermon he preached on campus.http://vimeo.com/90971794He preached on the anniversary of our President Danny Akin's time at Southeastern. So as part of the festivities we were all asked to dress up as Danny Akin. Thus what he means when he says he's in a room full of Danny Akins'.

I doubt it. They have sermon archives for John MacArthur and John Piper, and they're available for free.
