BUG 5.3 beta1 Scrolling Library doesn't update in Windows either

Scrolling in details mode doesn't always update the window. This is listed in the release notes as a Known Issue for Mac, but it seems to be a problem with Windows as well. If I scroll more it will eventually update, but it sat like this indefinitely while I took the screenshot.

I can confirm this as well. Windows 8.1

Dragging the scroll bar up or down doesn't cause it, but clicking to scroll a single page does.

After trying a bunch of times on Win8.1, I've only seen it do this a couple times when using the scroll bar page up/down. It also happens randomly with the scroll wheel. Also, somewhat random, but occurring more often, the scroll bar down arrow does not update the list. The scroll box / scrubber is updated, but not the list content UNTIL an entire page is scrolled through, and then the next page is shown and the behavior repeats. The scroll bar up arrow works correctly. Keyboard works correctly.

Replicated Library detail view missing many columns when using scroll button on 64 bit Windows 7. Initial details are complete; scrolling shows many columns missing for additional rows.

Quick work around is changing column sort order: e.g. reverse list of titles so last resources become first with complete details while the first become last and lack many columns.
