I thought about this tonight as I went through a .... process of buying more than a several books from a Logos chat associate.
For the most part s/r (sales reps) are very eager to help with your questions. However, the more I 'chat' the more I find that some have no idea (not a fault) on how to direct a "specific" query, whether it be a defined theological, ANE, Reformed or otherwise search for books.
I'd like to suggest to Logos/Bob that the sales team would be theologically oriented to our individual preferences.
So if you're Reformed, you could ask for a Reformed s/r who is more than knowledgeable with Reformed theology, who has a working knowledge of your personal library and also what Logos has to offer regarding Reformed books. If your theology leans toward the Catholic/Lutheran/SDA views or ... you get the idea, then you would be 'paired' with a s/r who could and the operative word is "could" more than help you.
I don't think it is that hard to do this. If Bob wants some further and specific ideas on how to make this work, then by all means it's not that hard.
