Issue with a promotional price when buying a package

I am be presented some add-ons that I can buy along with the Charismatic package. When I view them on the page they show one price. When I add them to my cart I get no discount. Any tips for making this work right? Here are a couple examples:

SHotchkiss make sure you click on Pay in Full. Seems like you see Pay Monthly price

Yes Charismatic package is still in the cart. Right above the other two.

The page with the promos is one of those left - right arrow spinners which just have a single price option. Mouse over and click add to cart. Also when you click on the items it shows
