It was removed before the collection was finally released (along with The Gospel of John: A Theological Commentary).

Logos said they discovered rights issues at a late stage before the volumes were removed, so it's a good assumption that that was the reason.
Looks like they need to update their Ridderbos page. It must have been created before they crippled the collection.

Still doesn't answer the last question. I hope the word gets passed on to marketing, they are about 6 months late in updating their web pages! Logos you might also want to update your academic team on what is going on in the production/licensing department. The Lexham Guide to Romans was released months after this book was pulled. I also noted that some of the ACC and one of the IVP dictionaries are pointing to the first edition, rather than second. To use these links I am going to have to "unhide" these old duplicate resources. Not very user friendly.
