Crash on initial indexing

I was building a Logos 5 installation on a separate account - pure vanilla with redownloading. The indexer crashed at about 52% complete ... sending an error report to Microsoft.

Microsoft restarted Logos and it continued.

Your log contains the following worrying entries:

SQLite Error 266: os_win.c:32921: (1117) winRead(C:\Users\Logos 5\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\ltv2zted.f3m\LibraryIndex\index-build.lxn) - The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

These typically mean that Windows is returning an error code when trying to read files from your disk, which is not a common error, and can indicate potential hardware failure.

I'd strongly recommend checking your drive for errors (My Computer > right-click C: drive > Properties > Tools > Check). If given the option (and if you have the time; it may take a while), check "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors".
