I've downloaded them in Logos but I am unable to watch them on my Mac. Any reason for this?

I haven't downloaded them. How large was the download? I might try it myself.
What version of OSX? What version of Logos?
I downloaded them as well, but have no idea where they downloaded to or how to watch them.
Once you have downloaded them and indexing completes, they will be in your library - they show as one resource. Open your library (see picture below), and type title:Quickstart. You'll see the one resource. Click on it, and it will open the first video, the introduction. I expanded the Table of Contents, you can see the 12 lessons there after the Introduction, you can jump around or watch them beginning to end.
Thank you everyone for your help. I believe I just jumped the gun before it was done indexing. I can even watch them on my Ipad which is fantastic as I can play it while using Logos on my computer.

This is incredibly helpful. It will change my whole use of Logos. It should be included with full instruction for every new user. Although I have had Logos for Mac since it was a beta, I have scarcely used it, just kept it updated and added resources and used it as a search engine for non-Bible resources, I really have not used it that much, but after viewing this, I will begin to use it a lot. I really appreciate this being made available.

R.H., how are you accessing the videos on your iPad? I can view them on my laptop, but when I try to find them by author or title under "Library" on my iPad I get zero results.
Other users: have you been able to access the L5 QuickStart videos on your iPads?
Brad, once it's been downloaded (for free) onto your computer using your account, open the "Logos Bible Software App" and look in your library for "Quick Start for Logos Software". If it's not there, be patient as it needs to download into the App. Mine showed up a day later but it is now part of my library. Enjoy Brad!

I can confirm that they are watchable on the ipad. sorted my library by recent if I remember right to find them. Or else searched for quickstart.
