Problems: freezing, no control

The concept of Proclaim is fantastic. I like the idea but I have had no end of worry with this software.

either one or two of my presentation ran smoothly without freezing up.

Here am I pressing the advance button  at a funeral and the frame freezes.

In the middle of a hymn the next verse does not come up. I have used iPad, key board, remote and all has given the same problem 

MY SLIDED DO NOT ADVANCE PROMPTLY.

Next If I had a hard copy the leader would follow. I searched your instructions and I am not able to print a hard copy so that is greater embarrassment for the leader.

I am seeking to acquire another presentation software. and abandon proclaim although I paid up for 2 years.

My apologies for the issues you experienced. If you could answer a few questions I can begin troubleshooting for you.

1. Are you running Windows or Mac?
2. What version of Proclaim are you running? You find this in the Help menu. We had some memory management issues in the Monday release that were resolved in Wednesday's update.
3. If you're running Windows make sure you've installed all available updates. Out of date video drivers have been known to cause issues on Windows when videos/motions are included in the service.

You can view web rendered version of your slides by clicking the link shown below.

From there you can print out various views of a presentation including all the thumbnails, order of service, and speaker notes. If you want to print full page versions of the slides you can open each slide in a new tab and print that. 

Again, sorry for the frustration. I really hope we can find a solution for you and you stick with us!
