Biblical People, Biblical Places, Biblical Things GREYED OUT

I downloaded the free software overlay upgrade to Logos 4 and have installed successfully (I have version 3 Gold and on a Windows Computer).

Under Tools -> Bible Facts, the Biblical People, Places, and Things are greyed out and do not appear to be available to be used.  Is this only available after purchasing a full upgrade to the new base package?

I did have the Family Tree add-in in Logos 3, but that is the functionality I am searching for here in Logos 4.

Jonathan, Biblical Places, People and Things are whole new resources. They are available only in the Logos 4 base packages, or at least the minimal crossgrade for 69 USD. You get much more resources and functionality by getting that (iPhone sync support etc).
