Just noticed: ESC now permits "escape" from Reading View

Was one of the L4 Beta Testers and remembered that many requested ESC to exit the Reading View as well as F11 because ESC is so "instinctive."

Haven't seen this "documented" anyway, but just by chance I realised that I was exiting Reading View by hitting ESC ..........

Checked the L4 Help File - that's not mentioned there. Also checked the Logos support site, and it's not mentioned there. Haven't checked the WIKI, so maybe it's mentioned there ...

Esc is documented as "dismiss" which is the standard Windows behavior of Esc (it dismisses dialog boxes, menus, etc.). I guess the Logos folks figured it's not necessary to be explicit about all the things Esc dismisses in L4. Good that you discovered it works now for Reading View. I'm sure the people who find it intuitive (as I do) will try it without thinking about it, and won't need it to be documented. And those who don't will see the instructions "Press F11 to exit reading mode" when they first enter it, and that will work fine for them.

I've been using ESC to escape from the reading view ever since I upgraded to
Logos 4. I have a spelling checker which uses F11 which messes up when I use
the F11 in Logos....I accidentally discovered the ESC button and that solved my
problem....
