As far as I know, the "unlocked=no" query string parameter is still not an official website feature. Nevertheless, most regulars have come to depend on it to manage applicable search results.
As you can see in the screenshot, the parameter is in the query string; and indeed some (almost all) owned resources are not displayed. But one still is displayed. In case it's important, this is a resource that was first available yesterday. Another resource that came available yesterday was correctly hidden.
