BUG: Send Feedback setting always resets

This has been around for a while and I keep forgetting to post as it's not really a big deal to me. I normally have the "Send Feedback" option set to "Anonymous", but it always resets to "All", presumably during updates. Or is this a feature of Beta? I can't see why it would be...
