Documents Missing

Started up Logos a few minutes ago and all of my files (clippings, prayer lists, etc.) are missing! They were there on Friday. Any ideas while I'm waiting to contact tech support would be greatly appreciated. Is this kind of stuff stored on Logos servers or do I need to use my own backup? Any ideas?

Yes, these all should be on Logos servers. What is more pressing is how they got deleted.

Open the Documents tab.

At the very bottom left is the undelete files options.

Try it - any problems with it Logos can fix.

Are you SURE you haven't filtered the list? For example, if you had a single "z" typed into the filter/search box, your list would appear empty unless you had a document named "z..."

Agreed with regard to the most pressing issue and why I will be following up with Logos tomorrow. I did restore from my cloud backup and all is fine, but the why is the real issue.
