Error: Error ApplicationUtility SQLite Error 284: automatic index on EntitySubjects(SubjectId):
Does anyone know what causes these? I have over 900 of them in my logos.log file.

It's a spurious warning; you can ignore it.
It'll stop being logged in a future beta release.

I also have same errors but it doesn't run my app . It only launch the button but doesn't show its other functions. What I have to do??

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
But this is an old thread relating to an issue with an earlier version of the software.
As Bradley explained this error wasn't causing a problem so I expect the issue you are experiencing is due to something else.
Please start a new thread in the Logos 6 forum - https://community.logos.com/forums/124.aspx - and provide as many details as you can about what problems you are having
