Program Will Not Open – Logos 5.2b RC-2

Logos will not open today. Running 5.2b RC-2 on a Mac.

When I closed the program last night the synchronization lasted so long I had to force quit. Today when I try to open it, the icon just bounced in the dock for a while. When it stops, the program doesn't open. I right click on the icon and it says the program is not responding. I don't think it gets far enough through the process to enable logging.

What should I do?

Humanly would like to look at Logos Diagnostic log files => https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem

Please enable logging, verify Logos application and Indexer are not running (using Activity Monitor), launch Logos application, wait 5 minutes. If application is not responding, please use Logos Logging Utility to sample, followed by replying to this thread and attaching archive files.

Logos logging includes opening of database files before anything appears on screen.

Please use Logging Utility to enable Logging. After logging is enabled, the next launch of Logos 5.2 SR-2 creates diagnostic log files. The Logos Indexer log has messages about logging not being enabled.

I used the the utility to enable logging the first time. Not sure what happened.

Here's two more tries. With one of these I clicked the "Sample" button. With the other I clicked the "Archive Logs" button.

Lo, and behold, the problem fixed itself with a restart of the computer. How could I forget that this fixes most problems!?
