Logos 4 crashes when doing Morphological Search with @ function

When I try to do a Greek or Hebrew morphological search in Logos 4, if it returns any hits, it lists the number of hits and then I get an Error message saying that an error has been encountered and it must close the program. I never see the list of verses found, but have to shut down Logos. I'm now forced to use Libronix 3 to do my morphological searches. I tried this with the UBS4 and NA27 Greek New Testaments for both the Gramcord and the Logos morphologies, and the LXX with the Logos morphology. I tried searching for perfect passive participles and nouns. I did the searches by inserting the @ symbol in the "Find" box and then using the drop-down boxes to indicate what parts of speech I wanted to search for. I then tried a Hebrew morpholical search in the Hebrew Old Testament with the Westminster 4.2 morphology, and the same thing happened. I.e., the same bug/error message/shutdown occurred every time I tried. These last couple days I completely reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Libronix 3 and Logos 4 last night per step-by-step directions from Logos Customer Service. This morning I tried a morphological search like the above - and the same thing happened! Help!!!

Sorry for your problems -- I know this has to be frustrating. There have been a number of issues with Logos4--I'm sure their programmers are working overtime on them. For what it's worth, I tried the same searches on mine and had no problems. I'm using Logos 4.0a SR-2.

Well, this sucks. As I said, I totally reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Logos 4 from scratch to solve this problem, if indeed my PC was the problem, and the fact that the error continues - yet doesn't occur on your PC - now has me really baffled. If it's not my PC, then what is it? And why does it work for you but not for me?

I downloaded and reinstalled Logos 4 (as well as Libronix 3.0g) from Logos' Website, not from my DVDs, so I would have the most recent revision of each, so you would think I would have the most bug-free version.

If I get home in time tonight (i.e., before 5 pm PST), I'll call Level 2 Tech Support with my case number and they can login to my PC and see what's going on. If I don't get home in time, I'll do the log files per your instruction and send them to the Tech Support person. Thanks!!
