downloading issue with Spanish Bible

Logos Libronix DLS for Mac. I purchased the La Nueva Biblia de los Hipanos  two days ago. I tried to download the material on my Mac and received the following message when I tried to open the file. The update file was not in a format that Libronix DLS could understand. Contact Logos Technical Support for assistance with this file.

 

I am not sure what to do next. I was on hold this morning with Logos and there was a suggestion to get on this forums. If there is someone who has had this issue or might be able to help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

You may want to post this in the "Logos for Mac 1" forum, as that would be more likely to attract the attention of Mac users who could help you with this issue. I haven't a clue, though I'd suspect a file format issue between Mac & PC.
