Crash on start up just after opening music

I read through the log, but it may be beyond my ability to assess. I do have two suggestions:

Try loading to a blank layout. Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup, then click the right box.
If #1 doesn't work, try deleting the .db file listed below. If you don't know how to find your user library, google "show user library OS X"
