Stopped working several days ago, before I upgraded to Silver from Scholor's (LE). 
Any suggestions or direction to others in the Forum who have been on this journey or that have experienced this issue would be appreciated.

Hello Andy,

If the program is not opening, try holding the Ctrl key down when you open Logos 4, and keep it held down until the Sign In window appears. In that window, check the 'Use blank layout' box, then click the Sign In button. If that allows you to open the program, enter update now in the Command box to check for updates.
