Can a Word list be used as a basis for a search?

Can a word list be used as the basis for a search? For example, I can create a word list of Greek lemmas that occur only once in the NA28 text of Galatians. Once I have that word list finished, can I then use that word list to search for those words wherever they occur in NA28? I'd like some way to simply point to that word list as a parameter for the search within the search window. Am I overlooking something?

This facility is high on my wish list, so you know that the answer is "No" and you will have to do it manually by copying the Lemmas into a Morph Search like:-

(lemma:Ἀβραάμ, lemma:ἀγωνίζομαι, lemma:ἀκοή)

  - just add others separated by a comma.
