Might I suggest that you remove both your email and phone numbers from the post.
You should be able to that by clicking More and then Edit on the top right of the post.
These forum are available to bots and both are likely to be trawled.
If you are looking for a response from Logos it would be better to give them a ring.
I took a look at your logs, but they are beyond my ability to assess. I did notice, however, that you are not using L5. There is no reason why you should not update to the newest (free) L5 engine. See the link in my signature line.

This is a good idea. Though you will be missing Logos 5's new fancy bells features that are amazing, you'll at least get into a version of the software that we are still updating.
