Is it possible that i can switch to my desktop to my laptop but still use the logos 5 on both computers?

You are allowed to use Logos with on as many devices as you wish, and install it as many times as you wish. You may have Logos running on a desktop, laptop, tablet and smart phone all at the same time. If you have two desktops (one at work, one at home), more than one tablet, etc., you may install on all of them. No problem.
However, the license agreement is restricted to just one user (though incidental use by others is not an issue with Logos).
In addition to what Richard said, you may or may not know that anything you do (e.g. notes, passage lists, etc.) on one computer connected the the internet will automatically sync with the other installations connected to the internet.
