When attempting to do Greek Bible Word Study I get error"Sorry, there was an error processing your request." Hebrew seems to be working properly. 

Also when I highlight in a resource (ESV) and click Look Up Word only Merriam-Webster dictionary definition displays with no option for "Bible Word Study."

This is performed online... perhaps the servers are down.

Are you offline? If so, that is the expected behavior. 

If you are online, do you own a base package?

Thank you. I was online. I suppose it was a server error.. Perhaps The Lord is increasing my patience... thanks again!
