Option to hide matches for a particular book

When I do a basic search, I would like to be able to collapse the list of matches for a particular book in the search results. This is particularly useful if you search the whole library. I often find I want to close the list of matches for a particular book and go to the next set of matches. I could always click on it again to see the list for that book. I would suggest the option to click on the icon for the book in the search results list to collapse or open the list for that book. This would be similar to the way various guides work.

Yes, yes, yes, please! I think this has been requested before, but it's an awesome suggestion and deserves all the attention it can get. As my library grows I find the search results more and more difficult to wade through. I'd also suggest a button at the top (in the locator bar) to expand/collapse the results in all books at once.

Yes, please -- maybe even for Beta 3? This would make search results much more manageable, cut down on the scroll-scroll-scrolling and the constant need to click through multiple pages of results.

Ranking (i.e., an A.I. suggestion of the best match) is good when I have no clue where to start. But more often I really want to methodically check through specific books. I (sort of) know what's in my library and usually just want to "pull a few books off the shelf" and quickly check them. (i.e., search a Collection). The "Google" search paradigm is useful, but it needs to be supplemented with a full-featured "library" paradigm--i.e., a "book view" that lets you emulate what you would do in a library.
