Open Search, choose Morph.
Type translit:phileo
Select translit:phileō from the dropdown of proposed matches:
The edit box contents are replaced with translit:translit:phileō in which translit: is repeated redundantly, unnecessarily.
It's not a horrible problem, because the morph search still seems to work OK with that redundant translit: but it is odd.
This has been around since 4.0.
