Trimming Resource List in IPhone Library

It's long, and it contains a lot of titles I'll never use on IPhone/IPod Touch.  Is there any way to remove resources from the library list?  Titles that I've hidden on my main computer are still showing up on IPhone.  This glut of titles that I won't be using makes it more difficult to locate and access the titles that are a definite go.

Thanks for any tips.

Regards to all,

I agree that it would be nice to hide some resources.

As an aside I am sure the developers will read this and say, "We can't win! They want more resources and we give them more and now they want less." But I hope you can understand that I really do want the NAC but not that interested in the anti nicene stuff on my iphone.

But the recent improvements are great and make it a truly useful app.

  • It is a great app!  Its availability lead me to do something I never though I'd do -- buy an IPod Touch (32 g), and consider getting an IPhone if they ever become available for the Verizon network.

    Thanks!

    We can't win! ;)

If you mark a resource hidden on the desktop, it will be hidden on the phone (eventually, if not immediately). We will consider hiding a resource just on the phone. Thanks for the suggestion.

If you make it possible to automatically filter the list based on a star-rating, then we could use that to filter the books.

  • Than you, Dave.  I've had the Logos 4 app for about a week, but most of the available resources which I've hidden on my main computer are still showing up on my IPod Touch.  I'll give it some time.

Will the books with no cover icon be updated with icons?  If several books are open in the reader it is hard to tell which icon represents which book.  Is there another way to control toggling between books?

It is also impossible to know when a book with no cover is finished downloading.  Without the airplane you can't tell at a glance whether it is available for offline reading.

I too, am impressed with the work that the Logos team has done on this project and look forward to the future improvements.
