There is no way to float Help in a window in one step; you have to open it in a tab first and then float it. I like to run it in a floating window and only Alt+Tab to it when I need it, so it isn't taking up screen real estate but is quick to get to.
I propose that you add the ability to right-click on the "Logos Bible Software Help" command in the Help menu and bring up a menu item from there to open it in a floating window, with the default remaining as is -- to open it in a Tab.
