Bug? Table of Contents is incomplete

The Contents screen doesn't display more than thirty items under each expandable section.  I.E., BDAG only shows "Ἀαρών" though "ἀγαθουργέω" under "A", and AYDB shows "Aaron (Person") through "Abigail (Person)", and so on.  There is no way to get to all the entries for these books through the TOC. 



Can this be changed?

    We added this restriction because some resources have very large (several megabyte) table of content files. We will probably address this by generating fake entries that cover spans of real entries (so you'll get entries that look like "A-D", "E-H", etc instead of "A", "B", "C", etc, with some missing from the end).

    It's on the list =)
