I am able toggle between EN and HEB, but the HEB keyboard makes no sense; E.g., n = מ, b = נ, v = ה . Any suggestions?
I have the same problem. I would like to know how to know what english key reperents what Hebrew letter.

Using it, n=נ, b=ב and v=ו
It comes with a PDF manual that includes a keyboard layout diagram along with installation instructions.

Yeah, that's the Modern Hebrew keyboard layout. English keyboard users should install the Logos Biblical Hebrew keyboard I mentioned because it maps better to the English sounds.
Thank you Mike. I downloaded something free from Tyndale that places EN, HEB, and GRK at the bottom of my screen but did not get a template for the letters. I use shibboleth from Logos. Thank you for the emplate as I may need to downdoad a different keyboard.
When you click on the "Logos Biblical Hebrew Keyboard" link, it will download a self-extracting archive. When you run it, it will ask you for a destination folder to extract to. Once extracted, the destination folder will contain a "LogosBiblicalHebrewKeyboard" folder. The PDF Manual will be in that folder along with another folder called "kbdlbhe" which has the keyboard setup program in it.

Yes, but the keyboard switching is all done by Windows. The default key sequence to cycle through keyboards is Ctrl+Alt.
Easiest way to hit the right keys is Windows' own "On-Screen Keyboard". It's comes with standard Windows and switches key images according to the typing scheme needed. It doesn't update properly if you switch on the fly while it's on, but this can be overcome by moving the mouse slightly over the keyboard. Mouse can also be used for easy typing. It also shows which buttons you are pressing on your keyboard so it helps with the learning greatly.
Fastest way to start this is press Win+R for the Run-command, type "osk" and press Enter.
It can also be found in the menus (XP: Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Accessibility -> On-Screen Keyboard)
(Vista: Logo -> Accessories -> Accessibility -> Ergonomic options -> On-Screen Keyboard).
I have copied the shortcut on top of the All Programs-menu for the ease of use.
