Page numbers don't always display?

I have gotten used to page numbers displaying at the bottom of whatever I'm reading in the Android Logos app but noticed when I was reading Van Til's Defense of the Faith that they never displayed.  Why is that?  How many books aren't paginated?

    Most (but not all) resources from Logos  have the page numbers from the print editions. Most Vyrso books lack the page numbers.

    I don't have the specific book you mentioned, but in my experience the Logos Android app does display the current page number at the bottom for resources that have page numbers.
