I have word documents that have the Semiticadict font. I need to convert them into English.

I googled on the font name, the third hit comes up with this:

Finally, I'll ask if you can upload a sample of what you are trying to convert.

The font in question appears to be a standard mapping font not unicode. So you've got a font that drops in a different glyph.

If I understand correctly, those fonts are english representations (transliterations) of foreign languages, probably Hebrew and Greek. To get them into English you're going to have to translate, that is possibly a manual task, though if you manage to get it converted to UNICODE you may be able to paste it into Google translate and come up with something barely close.
