Logos 4 stops working during Passage Guide to Matthew 6:16-18

Does anyone know what would be causing the following?  When I opened L4 tonight it said that new resources were available and started downloading them, then start re indexing.  Showed that this would take about 3 hours.  I did a Passage Guide for scripture above and now L4 quits working and asks me to send a message to Microsoft.  Please help!

    If the indexing is continuing then let it do so.

    From L4 we need a crash log according to http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging- it may be a one-off error that occurs only whilst indexing so try to repeat it ASAP rather than wait for indexing to complete.

    Dave,

    Indexing is still continuing.  I have posted to my other post (which you replied to and I send my computer information also.)  I will stop posting to this post and keep this discussion going on the other post.  Now I am really confused. - but that is not anyone else's problem.

    In short, look at other post from me.

    Indexing is due to be finished in two minutes.
